IEP mission is to disseminate timely, unbiased and useful information to perform charitable services, assist immigrants in the legal field, and to conduct research to enhance productivity and quality of life for immigrants in the United States.
There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.
Esperanza Cristancho • Executive Director
Cultural diversity is important to IEP because we believe our country, workplaces, and schools increasingly consist of various cultural, racial, and ethnic groups.
Educating the immigrant community during these unjust and hard times under our current administration has never been more necessary as it is right now.
Today, gender bias continues to create huge barriers for many women, especially immigrant women. At IEP we focus on educating and empowering the rights and well-being of women from all walks of life.
